Useful Links
As with all business, none of us works in a bubble. I am a member of several organisations that all contribute to my experience as a cider maker. These are listed below with links so you can check them out at your leisure. If you are a budding cider maker, I fully recommend that you make use of Andrew Lea's Wittenham Hill Cider Portal. I also recommend joining in a group of cider makers - they are a really helpful bunch and love nothing better than sharing stories and experiences online. The Cider Workshop is a great place for this (and has the added benefit of having Andrew Lea on hand!) It also has a handy website of its own - which conveniently links back to the Wittenham Hill site for reference.
I am also a member of 3CCPA (the Three Counties Cider and Perry Association), and support the Big Apple events - organised by the Marcher Apple Network.
Finally, I have included a link to the Winterborne Houghton website, which gives a flavour of the area that I make cider in.
